MD: Direct Primary Care or The Children’s Clinic of Fredericksburg (for purposes of this

Privacy Policy only, the aforementioned entities shall be referred to collectively as

“Physician Medical Services”). You understand that testing or any other services provided

by DMCovid-19 Test are and shall be completely separate and apart from any services or

care you may be provided by any of the Physician Medical Services. If you do not agree to

be bound by these terms or this Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to access or use our

Website, and you must promptly exit this Website.
